Kästner Kolleg e.V. is a non profit lanugage institute in Dresden, the capital city of Saxony. It offers a friendly and cosy learning environment. The college offers a wide variety of courses – Standard "Intensive Course 20" and " +"Star Course"]; Integration Courses; University Preparation towards DSH/TestDaF; Evening Courses; "After Work"/[DD]eutsch; Summer Courses; Group Journeys - German Language Camps. The language school has 7 fully equipped modern classrooms, a private study room with a library, computer and internet service, a cafeteria, a reception area and a large park for relaxing right across the street. It is located in the city quarter "Dresden - Neustadt", a colorful Art Noveau area north of the Elbe. In the Saxon capital there are more than 350 cozy cafés, bars, galleries, movie theaters, museums, and shops awaiting your visit! The colorful scene of the day is here in the "Florence of the North", where lots of young creative artists and many students live.

Low Season – goes from September 1st in 2008 to June 26 2009 and from September 14 to December 19 in 2009.

Accommodation

Kästner Kolleg has several options for accommodation for its students – co-shared student apartment, host family, apartment/studio, hotel. Prices range between from € 75 to € 220 and depend on the chosen accommodation. There are options for single and double rooms; half and full board, breakfast only and self catering.

  • Daily free time activities, day trips, entrance fees, diskos, salsa course + farewell party;
