London – The UK’s dynamic capital offers a truly unforgettable experience. With so much history and so many places to visit, you’ll never be short of things to do. Many of London’s sights are within walking distance of our central London school. The school is located just two minutes from Marylebone High Street, recently voted ”best high street in London”, and ten minutes from Oxford Street with its world famous shops. Opened in February 2004 and further extended in July 2007, British Study Centres London is housed on three floors and is equipped with the very best in language learning facilities.
Oxford – Oxford has a deserved worldwide reputation for the quality of its education. The city itself is a heady blend of old and new, history and tradition perfectly complemented by the youth and dynamism of the 40,000+ student population. World famous museums, galleries and libraries sit alongside student pubs, clubs and riverside cafés. British Study Centres Oxford was founded in 1996. Thanks to a large growth in student numbers, the school moved to a fantastic newly refurbished building in the city centre in March 2008. Our brand new building is located in the heart of Oxford, in the historic St. Giles district, close to the High Street, Carfax Tower and the pedestrianised Cornmarket area with its trendy covered market, shops and cafés.
Brighton – Britain’s newest city and famous seaside resort has two universities and reputedly the youngest population in the UK! Granted ‘city’ status in 2001, and often known as ‘London-by-the-sea’, it offers the buzz of a large cosmopolitan centre in a relaxing seaside setting. There is much to explore: the famous pier with its fairground attractions, the Marina with its waterside cafés, bars & health clubs and the Sea-life Centre. Of course, you can always just sit on the beach…Brighton & Hove is on the south coast of England, approximately 80km south of London.
